Mozzarella style analogue made from pasteurized bovine milk, salt, bacterial starter culture, microbial rennet, butterfat, milk proteins, water, modified starch, salt, Trisodium citrate, Italian style cheese flavouring, lactic acid, lactose, citrus fibre, potassium sorbate, and cellulose anticaking agent.

Shelf Life and Storage
Total shelf life at chilled temperature is 56 days. Store at 2 to 5°C once opened. Recommended processing within 3 days of opening. Suitable for freezing.

Certified to comply with UK and EU food, hygiene, and trade legislation. The product is supplied in a recyclable plastic packaging (not currently recycled). The product has undergone microbiological testing and standards include limits for coliforms, E. coli, yeasts, moulds, Salmonella, Listeria, and Staphylococcus aureus.
