Product Description
Sound, off white coloured grains of long grain indica rice, grown from the plant Oryza sativa (l).
Processing Standards
The cargo rice undergoes preliminary inspection prior to processing. It is further processed in a controlled manner, double water polished, and free from all off or foreign odours. Produces a clean, white appearance rice, stabilised at an average whiteness reading of 43 - 46 on the satake milling meter.
