Cooked, cured, and reformed selected cuts of turkey and chicken with added water, IQF. Halal certified meat. Contains turkey (54%), chicken skin (27%), potato starch, water, soy protein, wheat starch, salt, stabilisers (E450, E451), antioxidant (E300), preservative (E250).

Microbiological standards ensure safety, with limits on TVC, pathogenic bacteria, yeast, and moulds.
This product contains soy protein, gluten, wheat, and chicken/turkey. It is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans and is processed in facilities handling nuts, dairy, and gluten. Free from GMOs, artificial colours, preservatives, and certain other additives.
Keep frozen at -18°C. Minimum shelf life from manufacture is 18 months; from delivery, 9 months. Once opened, keep away from light/air to prevent oxidation. Do not refreeze after defrosting. Store in a closed cardboard box with plastic liner inside.
Packaged in clear blue plastic bags, with cardboard boxes (primary, secondary, tertiary). Net weight per unit is 1kg. Case specifications include 45 cases per pallet, 5 cases per layer, 9 layers per pallet.
Product is Halal certified, free from GMOs, and complies with European regulations on pesticides and heavy metals. Manufactured in facilities processing milk, soy, eggs, gluten, and nuts, but does not contain any of these allergens in the final product. No ionising radiation involved.
